Bennett Town Hall

Bennett, Colorado

The new facility heralds significant improvement to the availability, efficiency and functionality of the Town of Bennett services to their community.  The Director of Public Works, Daymon Johnson, PMP, LEED AP, BD&C is very proud of their new home and states;  “The new building will serve all of us, as a community in one central location, with the ability to improve services and communication for our residence. ”

The Town of Bennett is excited to service the community from one Town Hall including all administrative services, Town Clerk’s office, planning and development, utility billing and payment.  The exterior is a blended steel/CMU structure with metal panels and wood elements to blend with the surrounding water towers and cylinders.  The clean, modern interior is warm and inviting with a blend of light and dark colors, retractable garage doors in the Community Room and Break Room, beautiful dark wood sliding doors in the offices, a variety of collaboration spaces for the staff team, and a large flexible community room that could serve as a true “town hall” series of assemblies.
