The renovation and addition of the City of Thornton’s Thorncreek Golf Clubhouse was a successful design-build effort. The project includes updating ADA compliant restrooms, entry, a renovation and addition to the kitchen, extending the bar, remodeling the golf pro shop, creating a walkway, extending and building a patio, and other necessary modifications.
