D2C worked collaboratively with the Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. and design-build team on this new transmission field facility and training center. Services began with assessing the owner’s needs and current programming documents to confirm alignment with Tri-State’s vision for the 20-acre site in Cheyenne, Wyoming. D2C then moved into the design and interior design phase to ensure maximized efficiency and quality of life for all users of the facility. The new facility includes 10 pull-through bays, including mechanics and wash-bay, storage space, washroom/showers, multifunctional/training space offices, conference rooms, and a kitchen/breakroom.
