The Park Meadows facility in Lone Tree received extensive construction renovation. It was a personal goal of the owner to transform the customer experience in both the car sales side and the service side of the business. The facility expansion and upgrades were designed to be more inviting to the customer.

The design featured the GM|Chevy standard components, but went well beyond the standard guidance to enhance the facility functionality. It was critical to send a message to the customer that service and hospitality are #1. As a result, D2C worked closely with the owner and his leadership team throughout the design and construction process. The team utilized 3D design tools and products to create a real view environment for the owner to make design decisions.  The approach proved to be a success factor in the project. This was one of many added value opportunities D2C brought to this project.
