In an effort to facilitate staff space needs for years to come, the City of Greeley hired D2C’s design/build team to renovate two occupied government office buildings. The two facilities accommodate 12 different City departments. Spatial re-configurations were developed around access to daylight and making the entire complex ADA accessible. D2C’s work has made it easier for the public to make payments, appointments, get permits, and schedule meetings. The renovations improved workflow and left a positive impact on both the staff and community experience.
