9,000 SF Renovation of Vacated Police Spaces

D2C is providing the City of Evans and the Evans Police Department planning, design and construction observation services. The new facility will be a stand-alone structure which will meet or exceed established industry best practices for a public safety building. The new facility will include: Administration, Patrol, Evidence Storage, Investigations and community space. Following completion of the new police building, city administration will expand into the 9,000 square foot space vacated by the Police Department at the Evans Community Complex.
